• All B2B invoices include GSTIN, HSN codes, and applicable tax breakdowns (CGST + SGST for intra-state; IGST for inter-state).
• E-way bills are generated for consignments above ₹50,000 as required under Rule 138 of CGST Rules.
• GST returns filed regularly as per applicable frequency.

Product Compliance

• LED products are manufactured in accordance with BIS standards where applicable.
• Electrical products comply with IS/IEC standards relevant to the product category.
• We maintain batch-level traceability for all manufactured goods.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying compliance requirements in their respective states or markets before resale.

Trade Practices

• We do not engage in deceptive trade practices or misrepresentation of product specifications.
• Product images and technical data sheets are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour and packaging may occur.
• We comply with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 where applicable.

Data Protection

We handle personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection legislation, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
