1. Parties
These terms govern purchases from M/s Prince Glow Industry ("Seller"), GSTIN 07CZCPD1944D1ZU, N-518, First Floor, Raghubir Nagar, Near N-Block 912 Bus Stand, New Delhi – 110027, by registered businesses and retail customers ("Buyer").
2. Order Quantities & Payment
Wholesale and retail purchases are both accepted, with no minimum order quantity. Imported products are reserved for wholesale customers only. Bulk discount tiers activate automatically at 500, 2,000, and 5,000 units per order. 100% advance payment is required before dispatch — orders are confirmed once the payment is received against the proforma invoice.
3. Pricing & Quotations
- All prices displayed are ex-works (EXW) Delhi and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- Quotations are valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue.
- Prices may change without notice due to raw material fluctuations.
- Final invoice price governs; website prices are indicative only.
4. Payment Terms
- New buyers: 100% advance payment before dispatch.
- Established accounts: as agreed in writing on a per-order basis.
- Accepted methods: NEFT/RTGS, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance).
- GST invoices are issued at the time of dispatch as per applicable law.
5. Dispatch & Delivery
- Same-day dispatch for in-stock orders confirmed before 2:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat).
- Delivery timelines depend on the courier and destination; typical pan-India transit is 2–5 business days.
- Risk of loss passes to Buyer at the time of handover to the carrier.
- E-way bills are provided for consignments above statutory threshold.
6. Warranty
Products carry a manufacturer warranty as specified on the product listing (typically 1–2 years for LED drivers and flood lights). Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage due to incorrect installation, voltage surges, or misuse. Warranty claims must be raised via WhatsApp or email within the warranty period with photo/video evidence.
7. Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for goods that are damaged in transit or have a verified manufacturing defect. Goods must be returned in original packaging. Freight charges for returns are borne by the Seller only where the defect is confirmed. No returns on custom or branded orders.
8. Limitation of Liability
Seller's liability in any event shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question. Seller is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
